Granted, this a super easy recipe and you don’t need me to tell you how to put it together. Anyone could really figure this one out. But in the spirit of sharing my Meal Prep with you, here we go!
I try to keep everything I make pretty simple. Not a lot of condiments or ingredients but with tons of flavor.
This is what I used:
- 2 packs of boneless Thighs
- Sweet Baby Ray’s Honey BBQ Sauce
- Adobo
- Sea Salt
There’s nothing much to it, but to toss all the ingredients over the chicken and bake it on each side for 15 minutes at 375.
I prefer adding the BBQ sauce before putting it in the oven because that way the sauce cooks into the meat. I don’t necessarily want a BBQ sauce mess, like in wings. I just want the flavor in there.
For my carbs and starch, I kept this simple as well. I went with brown rice, tossed around with string beans, bell peppers, and onions. I honestly have no time to be cutting veggies or making brown rice. Instead, I head on over to the frozen section and bought all my ingredients. And yes, that includes the brown rice.
And that’s it nerds! What did you meal prep for this week?
XOXOXO!
Dee
