Protein Pancakes

Last week, during my Homegoods Haul, I promised to share how I make my protein pancakes. So that’s exactly what I am doing today. HURRAY! 


They are pretty simple. Nothing really to them, but this is what you’ll need:

  • 1/2 a cup of Kodiak Cakes
  • 1/4 cup of vanilla Slap Nutrition protein, or your favorite protein in any flavor you like
  • 1 cup of water (could have used a bit less but I went with it)

Unlike regular pancakes, this batter is a bit watery. But that’s ok they cook up nicely.

I just topped with one egg and some honey. They were soooo good! There are times, I add some vanilla or hazelnut extract, to spice it up. I’ve also been known to add honey to my batter. YOLO!
