Updated Gym Makeup

Makeup routines change over time, and it’s no surprise my gym makeup has evolved over time.

I now get to work two days a week from home. On those days I don’t wear any makeup. Of course my skin routine will always take place, but I am bared face all day. I DO NOT want to show up to the gym looking to scare people. So I toss a few things on my face to look human.

That’s not human! *points to picture below*

One of the best primers I’ve used. It gives you a healthy natural glow. You could even wear it alone. It blurs your skin instantly.

That’s really it. I don’t want to look like I have seven pounds of makeup on. I just don’t want to scare anyone at the gym. Now I can smile at someone and they won’t run off.

As I’ve always said, if you feel like you look good, it raises your self-esteem. Helping to give you the confidence to crush your workout.

Listen, we are women, and we worry about our appearance. It’s encrusted in our DNA. So if a little makeup helps you give it your all, go for it. Who cares what anyone thinks. It’s your workout. Do you boo!

Are you like me and wear a little something to the gym? What are your go to products?
