I’ve been seeing Milk Makeup’s KUSH High Volume Mascara EVERYWHERE! So of course, I HAD to get it. Mascara addict and all, I couldn’t help myself.

Back to KUSH, it claims:

• 95% saw high volume
• 95% saw longer lashes
• 90% saw thicker lashes
• 90% saw lifted lashes

If you’ve been around these parts, you know I already have long lashes. AND you may have read that I recently had my lashes lifted. So maybe I wasn’t the best person to demo this one. BUT I still went for it. No one was around for me to play with their face #firstworldproblems.

One of the things that I find fascinating about this product is that instead of beeswax, it contains cannabis oil.

Cannabis oil gives the formula a creamy texture that allows for smoother application on lashes and an easier, tug-free removal, as well as an additional conditioning benefit. source

So let’s break it down and start with the brush. There really isn’t anything special about it. It’s just a regular fluffy brush, and neglected to take a picture of it.

The formula does go on smoothly and it does make a huge difference in your lashes.

I did try it out at the gym, and it survived a sweaty leg day. However, it does not survive tears, nor humidity. It smeared and fast!

This baby cost me $24.00 USD for a 10 mil/0.34 fl oz tube. And packaging looks like mascara on steroids its so huge!

So yes, it has a lot of product for about the same price.

I give this mascara a solid 4 Nerd Glasses out of 5. The smudging was pretty bad, if not, it would have been 5 Nerd Glasses.
