Happy Birthday to me! Ok-ok, I am getting ahead of myself since my birthday is November 13th.

As many of you know I was raised in New Jersey, BUT I was actually born in Puerto Rico. And unless you’ve been living in a bunker waiting for Y2K to arrive, then you know my little Island was hit horribly hard by Hurricane Maria. It’s utterly devastating. A lot have lost absolutely everything, and most of the Island is STILL without electricity. Thanks to everything good, gods and deities, my family is safe and sound.

So once again, I want to use my birthday as a platform to give back to those in need. This year I want to raise funds to benefit Friends of Puerto Rico. They are a non-profit organization that invest in communities and promote to foster economic sustainability. and self-sufficiency through art, cultural, and educational exchanges.
