OH. MY. WORD. Could y’all believe Christmas is in two days? Just TWO days away! The year truly flew by, and it feels like we just welcomed 2016. Hopefully you are done Christmas shopping… maybe not.

Ok, let’s take a moment and have a chat about maintaining our waistline during this Christmas weekend. Jim was busy, so I went ahead and put together five tips that could help you rock this holiday weekend.

  1. Stay hydrated.
  2. Don’t skip breakfast.
  3. Eat a small meal an hour prior to a holiday party.
  4. Alcohol has sugar.
  5. Keep moving.

Five simple tips that could help you over come this super busy season with lots of delicious food.

Remember make memories with your loved ones and be kind to one another. And stay safe, don’t drink and drive.

  1. I love the tip to eat a small meal beforehand, I hadn’t really thought of that but it’ll definitely be a great way to stop from gorging on everything in sight! Thanks!
