Many people have the desire to eat healthy, but they just don’t know what to eat. Eating healthy doesn’t need to be boring and bland, you just have to have a little ingenuity. This lunch is so simple anyone can make it, and it’s packed with flavor and veggies.
For the wrap all you do is pick your favorite wrap, your favorite hummus, and veggies (steamed, grilled, or baked whatever your preference) and toss it all together. Yes it’s that simple.
The zucchini chips take a little longer to make but you don’t need a Doctorate to toss them together.
I made the chips same way as potatoes we shared last week. The only difference is I used my grater to thinly slice the zucchini, to get them as thin as possible.
Put it all on a plate and enjoy!
