Recipe: Chickpea Salad

Chickpea Salad Recipe

Have five minutes? Here’s a 200 calorie snack. Take:

  • 1 Can of chickpeas
  • Half a red onion
  • Half a red pepper
  • Half a zucchini
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil
  • The juice of two lemons
  • A spalsh of raw apple cider vinegar

Mix it all together and season with

  • Cracked black pepper
  • Parsley
  • Garlic
  • Pink Himalayan sea salt

You could put it in the fridge to chill, if you want, but it’s ok to eat it as soon as your done.
