Here’s a great meal prep tip from our Foodie Health Editor, Ange.
I always make a huge salad for the week. That way all I need to do is add some protein, dressing, and it’s ready to eat. Some things I do to keep it fresh all week is use cherry tomatoes and take the seeds out of the cucumbers because that’s where all the water concentrates.
To remove seeds just cut the cucumber in half and scrape them out with a spoon, and that’s it.
Hope this tip helps! Any questions? Sound off bellow.
That’s a great tip! I’ve always tried cutting out the seeds, but that’s a lot easier 🙂
Definitely! You’re very welcome. Just keep in mind the less “water” in your salad the longer it’ll last.
