Brush Review: Royal & Langnickel MODA Set

Happy Beauty Tuesday y’all!

I’ve been using the new Royal & Langnickel MODA brush set daily for a few months now, and I can’t begin to express how much I love them. But let me not get ahead of myself, let’s start from the beginning.

If you follow this blog, you know I have several Royal brush sets (see here). To me, these are some of the best brushes out in the market now. The application is flawless, and leave you looking almost airbrushed.

Before I started using the Royal Foundation brush, I used to use a Beauty Blender for my foundation. Sure that leaves you looking great, but you pound on so much foundation, that it leaves your face heavy. And when you have combination oily skin, that’s just not ideal.

The MODA foundation brush is so amazing, I don’t even pay much attention when blending. It just does it’s job, and I don’t have to OD on the amount of product I put on my face. Not only does it go on evenly without streaking, it covers all those spots on your face you want to hide. The first time I tried it, I was applying makeup on a friend, and was blown away at how great it worked.

But then again, I could say similar things about the rest of the brushes in this set. They do their job flawlessly, and no fly aways. I haven’t experienced a hair loss yet, and remember, this is my every day brush set.

One of my favorite features, is the neat travel kit it comes in. It converts to a stand for easy brush access. Drop it in your bag and take it with you anywhere, and you have an instant stand too.

But wait, there’s more! The price, it is unreal. Each set runs for $19.99 USD. There’s five different sets to choose from, in a handful of fun colors: Total Face, Perfect Mineral, Complexion Perfection, and Beautiful Eyes. You could also buy individual brushes.

Of course caring for your brushes is also highly important. You need to make sure you keep them clean and glam ready. Here’s how I keep my brushes clean.

  1. You really do look flawless. Eye shadow wing was also perfect which is, in my opinion, hard to pull off unless you really take your time. I just might have to give these suckers a try!

Finding those right products and tools take time. It’s a lot of trial and error. But when you find those products that make your life a teeny bit easier, its so worth it!
