Ok, quick review on Kat Von D’s Tattoo Ink.
Sometimes we do silly things in the morning when we haven’t had coffee. Like me yesterday morning. Knowing all too well I was going to the gym, I some how decided it was a good idea to try out my Kat Von D liner. You have to understand, I don’t use eyeliner every day. I wear simple, clean, and neutral makeup daily.
I was expecting to be a bloody mess after my kickboxing class. I was afraid to look at myself in the mirror, half expecting dark streaks to be running down my face. But I was pleasantly surprised when I finally arrived home and looked at myself in my bathroom mirror. It stayed put. Not even a smudge. I was shocked! Impossible that after the work out I put in, this thing didn’t run wild. I disgustingly sweat when I work out. Even during Zumba. The sweat pores off my body, and drips everywhere. To the point my knees and ankles sweat. I know gross.

If you could tell, I still have my coat, hood, and scarf still on. This liner is pretty remarkable. Forgive my sweaty look lol.

The only thing I have against the brand is that is not cruelty-free. And I prefer makeup that contain the bunny PETA label. 90% of the makeup I currently own are cruelty-free.Still this is an amazing product and I would use it on special occasions.

Girl, you need to get this like yesterday. One of the top liners I’ve ever tried. Her makeup line in general is pretty amazing.
I think this is the best and most precise liner I’ve used. I tried many gels, brushes and pens but this one just creates the perfect flick with such a clean line.
My only issue is after 5-6 uses, I start out great and then ink flow will suddenly stop. I press the tip and manipulate it to get it going again. I need to know why it’s hapoening because I simply can’t give up this product!!! It is stored facing down, tightly recapped after use. I’m just baffled!!
I would store it tip up. Maybe that’s drying the tip?
OK! This is my holy grail liner. Best liner I’ve ever used and I’ve tried gels, different brushes, other pens – I’ve tried a lot. With this product, you get such a perfect precise line. Just when you think you will never achieve a perfect wing without redoing everything multiple times, this liner changes everything. Since the tip is a fine, high quality brush it really makes a difference.
I need help though with one issue. After not many uses, the ink flow will just stop and I have to press on the tip and get it going again. I store the pen downward and cap it tightly so I can’t figure out why this happens and if anyone has experienced it? Maybe I just need to buy another one but I definitely don’t want an alternate product.
We agree, is a fantastic eyeliner! I would store the pen with the tip on top. That’s how I store mine and that doesn’t happen
