Happy Wedding Wednesday!

We all LOVE wedding photography. You know the ones that fill up your Pinterest and have you swooning and wishing one day your wedding will be that stunning. Not only do we want our weddings to look that mesmerizing, we want our wedding pictures to be just as beautiful and memorable. There’s just one thing, none of those pictures will be possible without a wedding photographer.
So today we are going to do something different. Rather than feature a wedding, we are featuring a wedding photographer, Ron Delhaye. Ron happens to be a personal favorite. So allow me to share him with you.

Ron is an award-winning destination wedding photographer raised just outside of Chicago. He has been described as an artist behind the lens, and a visionary. If you read through his testimonials, there are a million things that people say to describe him and his professionalism. But what stands out is how comfortable he makes people feel and how he treats everyone like family. Wouldn’t it be amazing to have a photographer on your side that actually cared about your wedding memories? Well that’s Ron for you.

He’s been featured in several major publications, including Seattle Bride, San Diego Style, Bridal News UK, Essex Bridal Talk, Wedding Essentials, Pink Pearls Wedding Blog, and Passport and Lenses. Even with all his merits and success he still aspires to be an instructor at the annual Wedding and Portrait Professionals International (WPPI) conference in Las Vegas. He sets the bar high and I have no doubt he’ll be an instructor in no time.

But did you know that he started his career as a concert photographer? A boy with tattoos and a camera at a rock concert? Sounds like the beginning of a romance novel.

I think his sense of adventure and the way he sees life, transfers to his work. I could say a million good things about him. But truly his work speaks for it self, and let me prove to you just that.

One of my favorite things he does on his instagram, is that he wishes his couples a happy anniversary. I’ve never seen a photographer doing that. What an incredible sweet gesture!
