What you’ll need:
- Tofu
- Olive Oil
- Soy Sauce
- Rice Vinegar
- Black Pepper
- Sesame Oil
- Sesame Seeds
- Red and Green Peppers
- Red Onions
- Sugar Snap Peas
- Carrots
- Bok Choy
- Bamboo Shoots
How to make it:
Make sure you drain the tofu before cutting it up into cubes. I prefer buying sprouted organic extra firm tofu. Then brown the tofu in a pan with olive oil.
Once the tofu has a golden color, add all your vegetables with some soy sauce, rice vinegar, black pepper, and a few drops of sesame oil.
Add the sesame seeds and remove from heat. Serve and enjoy!
