Ines di Santo made our hearts flutter like the wings of the butterfly that inspired this collection. This collection was like a beautiful garden where gowns floated down skies, to take our breaths away. I know, I sound poetic. But that’s because that’s how this collection inspired me.
About this line:
For Spring 2016, Ines di Santo is inspired by the promise of the coming season. Chantilly lace gowns feel fresh in watercolor shades of blue, champagne, and pink and are masterfully constructed with airy tulle and sating layers. Sweeping removable overskirts in tiered textures of Guipure and Alecon lace are light to the touch and luminous.
I had a hard time choosing my favorite gown in the collection, so I am giving you my top five. Ready? Set? GO!
If I didn’t love Ines before (which I did), I love her now (love her even more I mean).
The ending of this show was as pretty as a painting.
On the beauty side I was head over heels with the tidy buns decorated with whimsy white butterflies. The makeup was very clean and classic. And could I just point out the shoes under the hi-low dress? Yeah, I love them too!
Congratulations ladies. You did an amazing job, BRAVAS!
