Review: KIKO Milano Eyebrows

Introducing Glory Bourdier, Nerd & Lace’s new beauty contributor. I wish I could do it all, but I am just one person. Saying I am thrilled to have Glory join Nerd & Lace, is an understatement. She’ll be doing makeup reviews, tutorials, and anything we can think revolving the beauty industry.

Did I mention she is one of my best-friends, and one of the most amazing Zumba instructors I’ve ever met? Don’t be fooled by her looks, she has one of the biggest heart of anyone I’ve ever met. Plus, she’s weird. Making her awesome.

Help me welcome Glory! We hope you enjoy her first review.

Before & After

I’ll admit it, I have weird looking eyebrows. When I was younger I decided that they looked too thick. Going against my mothers advice, I plucked them a little too thin. Ever since, there are still a couple of places that didn’t fully grew back correctly. Eyebrows make such a difference to the face. It’s so important to have them shaped and colored correctly.

Last December, while doing some of my Christmas shopping, I came across this makeup store called KIKO Milano at the Woodbridge Mall in New Jersey. KIKO Milano is an Italian makeup brand founded in 1997. And they carry, what I consider to be the best eyebrow pencil I’ve ever tried; the Precision Eyebrow Pencil. It comes with it’s own tiny pencil sharpener and an eyebrow brush. Since I have very blonde with platinum high lights hair color, and don’t want my brows too dark, I picked number 04.

They also have this amazing Perfect Eyes Duo Highlighter Pencil for the eye contour. I combine both of them for a perfect look.

Now I am going to show you my routine to perfect or almost perfect eyebrows lol. This is my before:

Here’s a step by step guide:

And this is me after. See the HUGE difference?

After

The best part of all is the price. I paid $15.00 for both of these pencils!

According to their website, KIKO Milano is committed to a single objective: to allow all women to treat themselves to the most innovative cosmetics without having to sacrifice their budget. Quality is no longer synonymous with high prices! And I happen to agree with their statement. Love the product and love the price. I can not wait to review more of their items.
