DAY FIVE: Breakfast. Technically is brunch since I ate at around 10:30 am lol! I tread myself to an egg over easy and a delicious waffle. Leading a healhty lifestyle doesn’t mean giving everything up. It just means you don’t over do it. Go ahead and have a waffle, but just one. I haven’t given anything up and I’ve lost a lot of weight and even more body fat. You have to enjoy the finer things, if not is not worth it.
