So what does one do the day before your birthday? Attend Big City Mom’s Biggest Baby Shower of course. No-no-no, I am not expecting. However, I wish I was because this event was AMAZING!
Listen up expecting, or new, parents, If you have not been to Big City Mom’s Biggest Baby Shower, you are missing out. The swag bag alone is worth the price of admission and then some.Unfortunately, since I was press, I did not receive one. However, I did take a peak around and I was beyond impressed with it. They contained everything you need to take care of your baby and then some.
But there’s more than just gift bags and swag, they also hold seminars. Not everyone attending is a pro at the parenting thing. So it’s a great idea for those new parents to take advantage of these classes.
You also get some pretty sweet pampering. I received a mini manicure from Pop of Colors. Had some amazing treats from ME Bakes, and had some yummy food from Big Daddy’s NYC. I even saw that they were giving free photo sessions to expecting couples.
I will say this, my favorite part of the entire experience is getting to meet new brands and items that I was never familiar with. Check out the brands that were present and let me show off some new parenting brands I discovered.
I can not wait for the next one. It’ll be epic and incredible and you should attend even you’re not expecting. A ticket to this event, would make an INCREDIBLE Baby Shower gift #justsaying.
Some advice, if you’re attending the NYC Baby Shower, you’ll need to arrange transportation. Maybe an Uber or driving in. You’ll have way too much to carry home on the subway. I learned my lesson when I took home two bags filled with goodies for the babies in my family.
Also, arrive with a sheet of stickers with your name and address printed on them. You’ll need it. If not you’ll have to write your name and address over and over about 100 times
