Stop the presses! I found my perfect eyebrow pencil. I’ve bought countless brands, brands I won’t even mention because their brow pencils are just awful. But Anastasia Brow Wiz is everything that I’ve been looking for.

My goal was to find something that was fast,  and easy to use without much fuss. You have to understand, I do my makeup around 5:30am; whatever I am applying at that ungodly hour, can not be complicated. Especially, since I haven’t had coffee at that point.

After wasting money on so many other brow pencils, I was so happy I caved and spent the $21.00 USD at Sephora. It’s so worth it. Let me give you a run down.

It’s a double ended twist mechanical pencil. One end is the pencil, the other end has the spooley.

Their website claims:

This ultra-slim mechanical pencil flawlessly outlines brows and fills in sparse or over-tweezed areas. Neither too soft nor too firm, the retractable tip glides effortlessly to mimic natural hair and create the illusion of texture.

So let’s put it through my long day and gym test. This is what my natural brows look like:

To my surprise, I didn’t need to retouch my brows and they stay put all day. I have an extremely oily t-zone. Things usually melt off my face. This brow pencil, stayed put.

Now for the major test, kickboxing class. Normally I take off my brows because I’m afraid with all the sweating I do, they’ll roll down my face and sting my eyes during class. But for the sake of this review, I left them on.

Say what? My brows are still in place!? SHOCKED! Yes they stayed put after an hour of kickboxing class. And I sweat as much as a dude waiting for his paternity results on the Maury show.

I just took the selfie below and I think my brows look natural, and it’s not so blatantly obvious that I have my brows penciled in. They look natural and the shade is perfect for my hair color.
