Who doesn’t love a peanut butter and jelly sandwich? It’s not just a childhood staple, adults love them too. But have you seen the ingredient list on the jars? Sugar, sugar, more sugar, and fillers. So here is a “Better Way to PB&J”, and trust me you are going to love it!
What you will need:
- Any Organic Pure Nut Butter of your choice (chunky or creamy)
- ¼ cup of pomegranate seeds
- 1 tsp each of chia, hemp, and flax seeds
- 1 tsp of cocoa nibs
- 4-6 blackberries or 2 strawberries sliced (really any berry you like)
- Ezekiel Bread
Here is how to put it together:
Spread your choice of nut butter on both pieces of bread. For this, I used Organic Crunchy Salted PB.
Sprinkle the seeds and nibs on one slice.
Put the fruit on the other slice.
Then just put the sandwich together and enjoy!
Doesn’t it look incredibly delicious? And so easy to make.
