Recipe: Better Way to PB&J

Who doesn’t love a peanut butter and jelly sandwich? It’s not just a childhood staple, adults love them too. But have you seen the ingredient list on the jars? Sugar, sugar, more sugar, and fillers. So here is a “Better Way to PB&J”, and trust me you are going to love it!

What you will need:

  • Any Organic Pure Nut Butter of your choice (chunky or creamy)
  • ¼ cup of pomegranate seeds
  • 1 tsp each of chia, hemp, and flax seeds
  • 1 tsp of cocoa nibs
  • 4-6 blackberries or 2 strawberries sliced (really any berry you like)
  • Ezekiel Bread

Here is how to put it together:

Spread your choice of nut butter on both pieces of bread. For this, I used Organic Crunchy Salted PB.

Sprinkle the seeds and nibs on one slice.

Put the fruit on the other slice.

Then just put the sandwich together and enjoy!
