Monique Lhuillier Spring 2015 Collection

While everyone is still stuck in pink gowns, which are beautiful yet a little over done, Monique Lhuillier gives us a collection inspired by the works of painter, John Singer Sargent. With beautiful shades of hydrangea, pistachio and misty blue creating a stunning watercolor display.

As designer, Ms. Lhuillier is one that you could never go wrong wearing. She’s femininity at it’s best.

Her Spring 2015 Bridal Collection, was appropriately named, My Eternal Daydream; these gowns are a true daydream. Coupled with effortless A-line and fit-and-flare silhouettes, the line was decidedly romantic and sophisticated.

I am labeling this my favorite collection Ms. Lhuillier has created to date. And the two gowns I’m featuring today, explain why. Take a look:

Could you imagine yourself walking down the aisle wearing that gorgeous blue gown? All eyes on you, and gasps of amazement coming from loved ones? Yes, that scene is worth a few thousand daydreams.

I’ve always loved the idea of wearing a light shade of blue. I remember fanning through a bridal magazine when I was a teenager and finding a picture of a pale blue bridal gown and loved it so much I saved the picture, and still have it to this day.

Don’t forget to check out Monique’s jewelry line. Its beautiful! Her Floral Diamond Engagement ring is amogst my favorites. Her line is available over at Blue Nile.

You can check out the rest of her collection over at The Knot Blog.

What do we think?

XOXOXO
Dee
