25 Nights Of Christmas Movies: Elf

25 Nights Of Christmas Movies

Happy Holidays

TWO DAYS UNTIL CHRISTMAS! I swear the closer we get to Christmas the more excited I get. I have a Barbie and Jem lover five year old trapped in a woman’s body lol. My entire family will be spending Christmas Eve and Christmas Day at my sisters house this year and I’m looking forward to the chaos and mayhem. This year for Christmas Eve will be wearing Ugly Christmas Sweaters. I can’t wait to see how ridiculous we look.

Tonight’s movie has to be one of the most quoted Christmas movies in history. For a reason, it’s ridiculous and hilarious. Here are some of my favorites:

Buddy the Elf, what’s your favorite color?

The best way to spread Christmas Cheer, is singing loud for all to hear.

I’m singing. I’m in a store and I’m singing! I’m in a store and I’m siiiiiingiiiiing!

We elves try to stick to the four main food groups: candy, candy canes, candy corns and syrup.

So, good news – I saw a dog today. Have you seen a dog? You probably have.

I just like to smile, smiling’s my favorite.

What’s a Christmas Gram? I want one!

You sit on a throne of lies.

You smell like beef and cheese, you don’t smell like Santa.

Francisco! That’s fun to say! Francisco… Frannncisco… Franciscooo.

He’s an angry elf.

Have you seen these toilets? They’re GINORMOUS!

SANTA! OH MY GOD! SANTA’S COMING! I KNOW HIM! I KNOW HIM!

First we’ll make snow angels for a two hours, then we’ll go ice skating, then we’ll eat a whole roll of Tollhouse Cookiedough as fast as we can, and then we’ll snuggle.

You did it! Congratulations! World’s best cup of coffee! Great job, everybody! It’s great to be here.

I’m a cotton-headed ninny-muggins.

SON of a NUTcracker!

That’s shocking!

My finger has a heartbeat.

Oh, I forgot to give you a hug!

I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!

Buddy the Elf doesn’t feel like he fits in amongst the elves of the North Pole. But this Christmas, when he learns that he’s adopted, he journeys to New York to save his real father from the naughty list … and maybe spread a little Christmas cheer.
