Yesterday was an iconic day for Whovians around the world. The show that we all love, and that has made us affraid of everything turned 50 yesterday. FANTASTIC! When I say it has made us affraid of everything, I mean like everything: angel status,  Santa, Christmas trees, your own shadow, WIFI, and mannequins to name a few.

I was beyond excited! And for me the wait was worth it. The episode was bloody awesome. Tons of feels, laughter,  and surprises. I love that it wasn’t what everyone expected. Because then it wouldn’t be Doctor Who. And that’s what I love about the show. It’s so unpredictable,  that when you think you know what’s going to happen, you don’t know anything at all. To me, the worst is watching a show and you see it coming. I want my mind to be blown. And this show manages to do that during every episode.

I can’t say I was raised with the show but I’ve been a fan for years. I have actually gone back and watched Classic Who episodes. Looking forward to the Christmas special!
