YES! {doing the Rocky victory dance} My life is finally complete and have FINALLY found  Tart Deco by Essie. It’s mine-it’s finally mine! {insert manic laughter here}

I found it at the Rite Aid on 13th and 6th and it was the last bottle, whew. I’ll need to make sure and find another bottle just in case.
