I have an addiction and that’s Tumblr. If you don’t have an account, I highly recommend it. So last night I was on my tumblr, of course I was, and I ran into a tumblr dedicated to things we remember in the 80’s & 90’s. I spent about 3 hours looking around remembering toys, clothes, commercials, candy, food, etc… that I grew up with. And then I ran into nirvana, an 80’s charm bracelet, and my eyes filled with tears. Why? Because I used to have a box filled with the charms, all kinds of bracelets and necklace.

I can still remember seating on the floor of my grandma’s garage putting the charms on to match my school uniform. Some of them were heard to clip on lol. Gosh I was such a girlie girl! What am I talking about? I still am a girlie girl. I live in dresses and skirts. Not to mention flip-flops lol!

Any who, I went on a search to see if I could find any of them. And sure enough I found a bunch on Etsy. AND I NEED THEM!!! Here are a few of the ones I found EEEP! So Excited!!! NEED TO GET THEM ALL!!!

It’s always great to remise in your childhood and then it got me thinking, toys today are nothing like we had. I remember playing with Waterfuls for hours. Kids now a days won’t experience the simplicity of a toy like Slinky or for that matter using their brains. Toys today are all high tech and information at the tip of your finger tips. That kind of made me sad you know.

Well ok I won’t get all too sentimental LOL but I wanted to share the bracelets because I got so excited I had to tell everyone {giggling}
